Homestays are available in New Zealand (Feilding/Palmerston North) and Australia (Melbourne) with English language learning opportunities in these countries through Massey University (largest University in New Zealand) Homestays range from a two week short term to 3 months, 6 months and up to one year lomg term. During the Homestay all meals, transportation and a private room are provided with other actives and opportunities to see the country.

• Processing fee: 40,000 yen (covers visa processing, Homestay set up, communication with Homestay family and the University) and 30,000 yen per person for a group of two or more [NB: this deposit is non-refundable]

• Homestay: $NZ 200 per week (covers food [3 meals per day], utilities & room)

• Transportation: $NZ 10 per day

• Language Learning Fee: depending on options in either Massey or Christchurch-see Language Learning Options below

• Massey University [$NZ 3090] 9 week course. shorter or longer options available

• Christchurch: Trowland Homestay-private tutor ($125 per day includes accommodation, food, and English tutoring for 3 hours per day)

An application can be faxed to you free of charge with other Homestay information. Then an interview can take place anywhere in the Tokyo Area and if in another area of Japan arrangements can be made for the Homestay through e-mail and MSN messenger.
